Republican Tom Emmer hasn't released a full budget plan yet but MPR pieced together a list of the state agencies on Emmer's hit list by looking at past speeches, news conferences and debates. Even if the agencies were completely eliminated, he still isn't close to fixing the $5.8 billion projected deficit over the next two years and could put the state in legal jeopardy. Here's a graphic on his suggested changes.

Emmer and six other major party candidates for governor appeared at an event hosted by the Indian Association of Minnesota. Immigration was one of the key topics. Read a story on the event and listen to all of the speeches here.

Democrat Margaret Anderson Kelliher didn't attend the event. She announced on Sunday she was going on a jobs tour.

Emmer also attended a Tea Party event in Fergus Falls.
