We'll top out in the 40s Sunday afternoon in the Twin Cities and much of Minnesota, with some upper 30s in the northeast.

A few spots in the Twin Cities metro area and southeastern Minnesota could touch 40.
Tuesday will be chilly too, with highs mostly in the 30s:
It'll be in the low to mid 30s at trick or treat time in the Twin Cities, with mid to upper 20s in much of central and northern Minnesota.
Twin Cities high temps are expected to be in the low to mid 40s Wednesday through Friday.
Rain and snow chances
Rain will spread across much of southern Minnesota Sunday afternoon and evening.
The Twin Cities metro area has a chance of rain showers, especially from about mid-afternoon into the evening.
Northern Minnesota has a chance of rain-snow showers Sunday afternoon and Sunday night.
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's High-Resolution Rapid Refresh (HRRR) model shows the potential precipitation pattern Sunday and Sunday evening:

Minnesota will probably see some rain and snow showers at times on Monday. In the Twin Cities metro area and southern Minnesota, the chance for rain and snow showers is mainly during the afternoon and evening hours on Monday.
