Track the latest on the winter weather from the Duluth NWS Office.

Elsewhere expect steady or falling temperatures as northwest winds increase to twenty to thirty miles an hour in western and south central Minnesota. A Wind Advisory is in effect from Ortonville to Mankato, where gusts could reach forty miles an hour. A damp, brisk wind will reach the Twin Cities metro area this morning with temperatures falling into the middle 30s later this afternoon.
