See how much bigger the new Vikings stadium will be than the Metrodome
That's the Metrodome there in the bottom left, standing on the same site as the new Vikings stadium under construction.
The Vikings posted the comparison this morning. Vikings spokesman Jeff Anderson says the prow of the stadium pointing to the west, will stand 320 feet above the field. The peak of the Metrodome was about 195 feet from the playing surface.
