HKS makes a public pitch

Mark Williams, the project programmer for HKS architects, rolled out his company's pitch at City Hall, for the Stadium Implementation Committee, and later for the public at the Minneapolis Convention Center.

HKS already won the design and engineering bid for the project. It's Williams job to get the "wish list" from the users, the Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority and the public. He'll have to figure out how to make the place a truly "multi purpose" facility and replace the Metrodome.
