Why a University of Minnesota Quiz Bowl team member feels vindicated

“It still doesn’t really make sense to me. It’s awesome. We did it. We actually did it.”

 University of Minnesota Quiz Bowl competitor Andrew Hart. His team was runner-up to Harvard in 2009 and 2011. But Harvard was stripped of four national championships earlier this month — including those for 2009 and 2011 — after it was revealed that at least one Harvard player had accessed parts of questions used in his tournaments. The U is now champion in those two years.
