How MnSCU is changing its sexual violence policy

Just found this little tidbit interesting in light of the Penn State case.

The Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU) system is revising its sexual violence policy, and one of the changes, according to minutes of a July 20 meeting, is this: 

Internal dispute resolution mechanisms, including mediation, are removed as options, as they are not considered appropriate in cases of sexual assault.
