Bloomberg reports:
Americans without a college education are still waiting for their employment outlook to brighten even though the overall jobless rate has fallen to a two-year low.
The emphasis seems to be on the difference between those with a bachelor’s degree and those without. Not sure whether the “some college” classification that was used means those who just took classes and dropped out, or includes those who actually have a two-year degree — such as a technical one.
I suspect the latter, but I wonder whether those two groups should be mixed.
