CBS' series"Undercover Boss" goes to college:
The University of California - Riverside Chancellor Timothy P. White cuts his hair, wears a moustache, sports an earring and false teeth and then goes undercover for a day to see what life is like on the front lines -- as an assistant chemistry professor, track coach, library worker and tour guide.
