Higher ed commissioner's letter to House committee chair

For those of you interested in how Minnesota Higher Education Commissioner Sheila Wright feels about the House higher ed committee omnibus bill approved earlier this week, here's a copy of a letter she wrote today to committee Chairman Bud Nornes (R-Fergus Falls).
It's similar to what she's said in hearings so far.
