Information is dribbling in about Gov. Mark Dayton’s bonding bill and how it’ll affect higher education.
MPR’s Tom Scheck reports that Dayton’s plan includes $226 million for higher education and a $51 million for a new physics and nanotechnology building at the University of Minnesota.
Dayton apparently said he included all U of M and MnSCU (Minnesota State Colleges and Universities) projects that Tim Pawlenty vetoed last year as governor.
I’ll add details and any relevant breakdowns as I get them.
