Now that we’ve all got phones and an insatiable desire to share, it’s bad news for nature.
Around Lake Champlain in Vermont, a moose paid the price, WCAX in Burlington, Vt., reports.
It was swimming across the lake to a bike path on the Vermont side when Homo sapiens sprang into action to record the event.
But it was spooked by the onlookers, turned around, went back in the water, and drowned.
So this is the picture being shared.
