“We can’t figure this one out,” Joe Kerlin, the city’s parks and forestry superintendent tells the Sheboygan Press, which is perfectly understandable because who in their right mind could?
He does say that an adult man — big shock — is behind the problem.
Not surprisingly, the people of Facebook have scolded the police department for not putting cameras in the bathroom. Outnumbered, we are.
