One of the conclusions in a comment section on a topic that appeared on NewsCut this week was that when it comes to safety, we’re on our own. This may be true or maybe not, but “it’s every person for himself” isn’t yet the national motto.
And the phrase that is the national motto suggests we look out for each other.
