The closest we get every year to understanding the mysteries of time — maybe even a little bit of the theory of relativity — is the night the Stanley Cup playoffs end.
Time seems endless when you consider how long the playoffs have run. I vaguely recall the Minnesota Wild even being in the postseason. Did that really happen?
