The greatest trick play in the history of football

This is said to be the greatest trick play in the history of football:

Or as a British newspaper put it, “the cheekiest touchdown ever seen in the game of American football.”

This happened Saturday in Texas — of course — when the Driscoll Middle School was trailing 6-0 in the third quarter of its championship game.

I think there was a college team in like 2001 that did the play first. They took the ball to the sideline like it was the wrong one and just took off for the TD.

The eyes of Texas will remember this play for many years! Brilliant.

  • Ben Chorn

Childress might need to take notes since he used up all his decent play calling for the season in yesterday’s game
