Poll: Hillary in 2016?
Gallup reported that Hillary Clinton's approval ratings earlier this year were at 66%. (That's high but not as high as Colin Powell's 80% approval rating while he was Secretary of State.) She's stepping down in January 2013 and says she will not run for the White House.
But that's not going to stop us from asking:
