The city of Minneapolis announced this week that starting Sunday, Vikings fans will get a chance to taste some of the food truck goodies that people who work downtown sample during the week days. Sixteen trucks will line up near the Metrodome starting at 7 a.m. During the warm weather months, dozens of trucks serving everything from sushi to sliders line up along city streets like Marquette Ave. - pictured above.

The city started licensing food trucks in 2010. That year there were 10 trucks. This year, that number has jumped to 43.
