Check out the state’s new bike map
The Department of Transportation is showing off its new draft bicycle map at the State Fair in the Eco Experience Building. The department has been collecting input from riders about what they want in a bike map.
The 2013 map that eventually results will give bike routes statewide. Officials say the map will be "an electronic, printable map that can easily be updated in the future."
MnDOT wants to hear from cyclists - they're accepting feedback on the draft map through Sept. 10 here.
