Four Minnesotans will speak at Democratic convention

Four elected officials from Minnesota will have speaking slots next week at the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia.

The campaign for presumptive presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Convention Committee announced a long list of additional speakers Thursday.

The Minnesotans on the list are Gov. Mark Dayton, U.S. Sen. Amy Klobuchar, U.S. Sen. Al Franken and state Rep. Peggy Flanagan, a first-term legislator from St. Louis Park.

Democrats will hold their national convention Monday through Thursday.
