Daily Digest: Trump wins again

1. The Nevada Republican caucuses are in the books, and Donald Trump has chalked up another big win. (NPR)

2. Marco Rubio came in second in Nevada, more than 20 points behind Trump. Before the vote there he stopped in Minneapolis and delivered a pitch for party unity. (MPR News)

3. Republicans in the Senate are have drawn a line in the sand. They won't consider an Obama nominee for the Supreme Court. (Washington Post)

4. A new report says cuts proposed in a Teamsters pension fund would hit nearly 15,000 Minnesota workers and retirees. (Star Tribune)

5. The St.  Paul Port Authority, which engineers some of the most expensive real estate deals in the city, has a new boss. (Pioneer Press)
