3. Many cabin owners in the state have been calling for a tax break, and some Republicans in the Legislature are listening to them. (Star Tribune)

4. Folks in the Obama White House apparently think that in Donald Trump, Republicans are close to getting the candidate they deserve. (Politico)

5. There's an email scandal that has nothing to do with Hillary Clinton. It's been going on in Pennsylvania for a while. (Washington Post)
