Minnesota:

On Friday, Gov. Mark Dayton said he would call the Legislature back for a special session to sign off on three outstanding budget bills if Republicans agreed to delay a new law that allows counties to outsource audits until 2017 - after the next round of elections.

But GOP House Speaker Kurt Daudt rejected the idea. (MPR News)
