Shower chance lingers in eastern Minnesota on Monday

Many of us heard thunder, and rain on the roof, as we went to bed Sunday night.

Some spots saw generous rains Sunday and Sunday night.

One impressive Sunday rain total came from Alexandria, Minnesota, where they measured 2.9 inches of rain!

Occasional showers are possible in eastern Minnesota on Monday, and some spots could see a thunderstorm.

Twin Cities metro area highs are expected to be near 80 Tuesday through Thursday of this week.
