Gorgeous May weather

A meteorologist colleague once stated "high pressure is your fair weather friend".

A high-pressure system will drift over Minnesota this Thursday afternoon, bringing us plenty of sunshine. Thursday afternoon highs will be in the 60s in most Minnesota locations, with some spots in the southwest possibly touching 70 degrees.

Warmer this weekend

Our average high this time of year is 68 degrees in the Twin Cities metro area.
