Our morning sunshine will give way to a cloud/sun mix this afternoon. Highs will be in the 50s over northern Minnesota, with some lower 60s over the south today.

Chilly and breezy Saturday

Lows Saturday morning will be the 20s over northern Minnesota, with 30s in the south:

Before you go to bed Friday night, it would be a good idea to cover outdoor plants that are vulnerable to frost or freezing temperatures. You might also want to bring hanging plants indoors.

Highs for the Minnesota fishing opener on Saturday will be cool:
