Central and northern Minnesota could see some scattered showers today. We'll all have a chance of showers tonight, and there could be a few thunderstorms.

Southern Minnesota, including the southern part of the Twin Cities metro area, has a marginal risk of severe weather Sunday and Sunday night, according to the Storm Prediction Center of the National Weather Service. The most likely window for severe weather would be from about 2pm to 8pm Sunday. The risk of severe weather tomorrow would increase if there is ample sunshine over southern Minnesota.
