Summer lite

This summer has been easy to take.  Sure, we've had a few muggy days, but we haven't seen any extended stretches of steamy weather.

In the Twin Cities, our temperature has hit 90 degrees or higher on just two days in 2015.  That is well behind our normal pace, since we average 11 days per year with highs of 90 or above.

Gusty northwesterly winds spread comfortable dew points across Minnesota and Wisconsin on Monday.  Pleasant humidity levels will stay with us through Wednesday, followed by rising humidity levels from Thursday through Saturday.

Lighter winds and mild high temperatures are expected on Tuesday:

If you like it a bit warmer, hang in there.  High temperatures are expected to trend upward on Wednesday, and we could see some upper 80s by Thursday.
