Friday morning storms, summery weekend

Get ready for another "sunrise surprise." Well not so much if you read this I guess.

The most favored timing on storms for the metro runs in the window between 4 a.m. and 9 a.m. Another bow echo rides southeast along I-94 overnight through Fargo, N.D., Alexandria, Minn., and St. Cloud, Minn. The only question is will it lose enough steam to be sub-severe by the time it reaches the Twin Cities? It's going to be a close call.
