Dangerous weather today in Iowa, moving east

Severe thunderstorms developed early in eastern Nebraska and continue to fire up in Iowa.  Locally heavy rain is continuing to drench the already soggy landscape.

A FEW TORNADOES LIKELY WITH A COUPLE INTENSE TORNADOES POSSIBLE

WIDESPREAD LARGE HAIL EXPECTED WITH ISOLATED VERY LARGE HAIL

EVENTS TO 3 INCHES IN DIAMETER POSSIBLE

WIDESPREAD DAMAGING WINDS LIKELY WITH ISOLATED SIGNIFICANT GUSTS

The southeast corner of Minnesota may get clipped with gusty winds this afternoon.

Chilly air is already invading Minnesota from the northwest.  Expect cool conditions on Tuesday.
