So far there have been few reports of actual severe weather, and no damage reports have come in to the weather lab so far.

Expect storms to continue to move slowly southeast and scattered storms may move into the metro after around 11pm tonight.

There may be more warnings triggered, but so far with few actual severe weather reports I’m encouraged we may escape widespread severe weather in the metro. Still, expect the possibility of some good old fashioned boomers with heavy rain, a lightning show and possible gusty winds and some hail in the metro through the midnight hour.
