In addition some observers reported record-setting amounts of December precipitation, including Waseca with 3.69 inches, Rochester with 3.68 inches, Jordan with 3.30 inches, Hutchinson with 3.12 inches, and Chanhassen with 2.90 inches.
With such a wet end to 2010 some observers also reported one of their wettest years in history. These included Waseca with 46.77 inches, La Crescent with 48.07 inches, Caledonia with 49.01 inches, and Wabasha with 49.92 inches.
