Severe thunderstorm watch canceled for southeast Minnesota

3pm Update:

SPC has dropped the Minnesota portion of the watch. The watch remains in effect until 6pm for Wisconsin counties only.

The first wave of rain is moving out of the Twin Cities. There may still be a pop up shower or T-Storm, but the trend is for drier skies and maybe even some sun as we head into evening.
