The city of St. Paul said it’s finalized its contract with Ryan Cos. to build the new Saints ballpark in Lowertown. Construction is expected to be done in spring 2015.
The city sent out a press release about the construction timeline and design process.

- Diamond Products abatement process and demolition

- Construction begins
Summer 2014
- Install scoreboard
- Install seating
Fall 2014
- Install playing field
Winter 2014
- Construction will be substantially complete
- Saints move offices from Midway to Lowertown
Spring 2015
- Ballpark opens
