Paper: MnSCU chancellor needs faculty for reform

The St. Cloud Times writes that Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU) system Chancellor Steven Rosenstone should win over unionized faculty who have withdrawn from his Charting the Future reform plan over concerns they have little say in the matter:

"There is merit in Charting the Future's goals. However, a system as large as MnSCU will never reach them when key players such as faculty are not engaged. It's the chancellor's job to bring them back."
