Looks like Minneapolis attorneys Clayton Halunen and Scott Carlson are scouring records in Minnesota, Wisconsin and South Dakota in their lawsuit against Globe University / Minnesota School of Business.
The letter to the Minnesota Office of Higher Education is above. The letters to its counterparts in the other states are below.
Carlson told me officials in South Dakota notified him they don't keep any such records.
