What's with the MN Dream Act and medical amnesty?
With the Senate omnibus higher-ed bill is set to hit the floor at 11 a.m., I've noted that neither the Dream Act nor the medical amnesty legislation is in either omnibus bill. I've heard from a couple of higher-ed lobbyists that they may stand on their own as bills, but it's still unclear.
