The UMN draft report to lawmakers on administrative spending
This is the interim draft report -- discussed this morning at the University of Minnesota Board of Regents meeting -- that needs to be in legislators hands by March 15.
Both the House and Senate higher-ed committees will discuss it at their meetings on Monday and Tuesday.
It's a draft, so some things could change. It was embargoed till President Eric Kaler was scheduled to discuss it, and that has already happened.
The meat of report -- based on the outside analysis that was ordered for the legislature -- seems to be pp. 1-17.
