Post estimated that he saw about 75 students and faculty protesting the effects of recent budget cuts.
(By “Chop from the Top,” I figure they mean the U should cut the salaries or positions of administrators. Phyllis Walker, president of a union of state employees, said more than 250 administrators at the U earn more than $200,000 per year. )
