Sometimes it’s hard to have sympathy for drivers. It’s not like we haven’t been told thousands of times not to drive through standing water because it might be deeper than you think, or sections of the road might have given way.
Things didn’t turn out very well for the driver above on the 7600 block 42nd Avenue in New Hope.
But check out this picture from WCCO. It appears to be the same location, and apparently that car is already marooned in the deep water. But that didn’t stop other drivers from giving it a go.
