In many ways, it seems it was a funeral for common decency in Brooklyn yesterday.
Brandon Moore, 2, and his brother Connor Moore, 4, were swept from their mother’s arms as she fled her stalled SUV and the rising floodwaters of Hurricane Sandy last week. Allegedly, people in a nearby building refused to let her in.
