The best upcoming theater, dance and music performances

Sometimes when I get sad about summer winding down, someone inevitably reminds me of all sorts of fantastic fall shows coming to the stages of the Twin Cities. As a dance fan, I've already received fliers or newsletters for the University of Minnesota's Northrop Dance Series, Off Leash Area's Garage Tour and TU Dance's November performance. I also look forward to the Ivey Awards. The Star Tribune will publish its Fall Arts Preview in the Variety section Sept. 9.

What theater, dance or music experiences are you most looking forward to this fall? Any major shows coming to town or do you know of any local gems? Tune in during the 11 a.m. hour to hear our Twin Cities fall arts preview. We might include your fall arts tips on our show.
