On The Daily Circuit’s first show, we featured top young chefs in the Twin Cities. Last night I attended a Minnesota Monthly event where these young chefs used their talents to raise funds for ending childhood hunger. Sea Change served up my favorite taste of the night: a soft steamed bun with lobster.
