The Walker Art Center has deemed its first cat video film festival  such a success that the museum has decided to do it again this year. This time the festival will take place at the Minnesota State Fair.

Tomorrow is the deadline for entries, but don't get your hopes up.  Last year the Walker received 10,000 entries and only 79 made it into the festival. Rachel Joyce, a museum spokeswoman, says the Walker has already received thousands of entries for this year's festival, which will take place at the State Fair Grandstand on Aug. 28. Tickets are $10.

There's a "Cat-on-a-Stick" category for the event this year, which just means the cat video was Minnesota made. (Let's hope we don't see any videos with actual cats on sticks...)

The Walker also plans to post an online vote for the "People Choice Award."
