Daily Digest: Friday post-debate edition
Good morning. There was another Republican presidential debate last night, so let's take a look at what happened.
1. Ted Cruz and Donald Trump clashed a few times. Marco Rubio seemed a little tongue-tied but did fine. Ben Carson had some good one-liners, but not much else. (NPR)

4. In Minnesota, Gov. Mark Dayton announced a plan designed to help rebuild wastewater and drinking water systems. (MPR News)
5. The state has launched a program to help people refinance student debt. (Star Tribune)
