Daily Digest: After the Paris attacks

Good morning. The attacks in Paris Friday night that killed more than 100 people and injured hundreds more have had a political impact around the world, including here in Minnesota. Here are some news items worth reading.

1. A big question here in the U.S. following the attacks is whether the Obama administration will change its approach to ISIS. In an interview just before the attacks, President Obama said ISIS was "contained." Obama and world leaders are meeting in Turkey, and Syria tops their agenda. (AP via Washington Post)
