Minnesota:

From transportation to workforce housing, rural Minnesota was promised a lot during the 2014 campaign, particularly by Republicans who built their entire House victory on winning in far corners of the state.

Now, at the end of the 2015 session, groups representing rural interests say legislators didn't fulfill those promises. (MPR News)
