Dayton said he refuses to call a special session until Republicans agree to repeal recently passed language that allows counties to outsource audits. State Auditor Rebecca Otto has been pressuring Dayton to stand by his pledge to eliminate the provision, which was buried in state government funding bill. (MPR News)
