Minnesota:

Legislators again met with Gov. Mark Dayton on Wednesday, but there was no big news.

However, it appears everyone is trying to stake out some territory on early childhood education. After Dayton visited a pre-K program in a public school last week, House Speaker Kurt Daudt will team up with early childhood education expert Art Rolnick to visit a private daycare this morning.
