Love how Kurt lets people have so many days off before pct caucuses (for why, exactly?), but then expects people to be back to the capitol right away after they actually happen. With it being a presidential year, the possibility exists some folks won’t get home till 9 or 10 PM. Then get up and drive from Thief River Falls and Worthington to be back. Perhaps a Tuesday-Wednesday break would be sufficient?

Session on the 8th does not begin til noon. It is a 3.5 hour drive to the Cities from Worthington and 5 from Thief River Falls. Get up a little earlier in the morning on the 8th. That’s the price you pay for being a citizen-legislator Linda.

Jim R. I drive really fast and it takes at least 6 hours to get to Thief River Falls from the Twin Cities. You can drive to Chicago in 6 hours…
